We only accept refunds on selected items. All food items, personalized, and custom orders are not eligible for returns/refunds. To see what qualifies as a personalized or custom order, visit our "custom and personalized orders" page or contact us with any questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In order to receive a refund for your damaged item, you will need to take a couple photos of the damaged product and send it to our email at email@example.com. We have a no return policy on damaged items so you can keep the item, throw it away, or donate it. Do not send it back to us.
We will notify you once we’ve inspected photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded up to 90% on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
